FAQ

Shipping 

All Australian orders $9 flat rate. FREE with any purchase over $150.00.
All international orders flat rate $25 
International customers will be responsible for foreign fees & taxes in their own countries.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia post & will require a signature on delivery for peace of mind. 
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

Payments 

All payments are accepted via pay pal. If you don't have a pay pal account it's ok, you can still pay securely on your credit card. Simply hit the " pay with my credit or debit card" button & follow the necessary steps.

We also accept bank transfer. If you would like to use this option, please don't use the checkout. Just send an email to hello@knapstore.com with the products you like & we will send you an order conformation number.

Returns/exchanges
 
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your new items once they arrive, you can return your unused, unworn item in its original packaging within 14days of the purchase date.

For vintage items Knapstore will accept your returns if mailed within 7days of the date it was received for an exchange or store credit. 

Please send us an email to hello@knapstore.com to give us the heads up on when to expect your package and your reason for its return & we will provide you with a return number.


Once we receive your package we will resend the right size/colour or refund your money. The original shipping cost will also be refunded if the item is returned, but if the item is an exchange, the customer is liable for the return shipping costs.

Sorry, there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Damaged/faulty items 
All items are packed with love & care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us immediately & we will advise the right procedure for replacement/refund.
