Caressa was raised on the northern beaches, growing up on the shoreline of Palm Beach, her family were the founders of Gonsalves boat shed, a little fisherman’s shack right by the ferry wharf which was passed down for generations.
Using the shoreline and all textures she remembers from her childhood, Caressa's love of creating began as a fluid process.
